Dean is the founder of Pier Financial in Nova Scotia and brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial planning and advisory services. With a deep knowledge of the Atlantic Canada market and a well-earned reputation for integrity, leadership, and client-focused values, Dean is a strong addition to our national team.

Throughout his career, Dean has held a variety of roles in the industry – from head office and branch operations to wholesaling – giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build a successful advisory practice. As founder of Pier Financial, he has helped countless individuals and families achieve long-term financial well- being. In his new role, Dean will lead Customplan’s strategic growth across Atlantic Canada. He’ll be working closely with advisors and partners to expand our regional presence, support advisor development, and deliver the full breadth of Customplan’s services throughout the region.
